These are cool but a little too small. With insoles only they are initially ok but start hurting soon. Same with the insoles x orthotics, only that they are more comfortable initially but then start hurting quite soon.

a liiiittle too bulky. Almost a good fit. Almost.
They are on the heavy side, but surprisingly, hurt my feet less than a lot of other shoes I've tried.
Returned.

Hmm. I think because the free tech and then for walking and shit. Creditably not for training per se - cause I had those new Nike training shoes which I thought made me have the training shoe game on lock (that turnt out I didn’t because they might me too big). they are too big. in length/.

Shoe review - Dr. Martens 1461
Dr. Marten’s are a staple in any wardrobe or shoedrobe. Here’s some notes on my recent experience with them.
Well surprisingly .. The size US 13 or UK 12s might be a good fit.. What’s also wild is that these seem to vary a lot between different units of the same shoe.
Look, for example, at this image of the classic black and the cherry red 1461s in my possession now; the black ones have a wide toe box.
Go figure. Apparently this can be a thing, according to the store I got these shoes from.

Stuck with the black 1461s and the break-in period hasn't been as painful as expected...
how to widen shoes (discovered link)
Means I'll update this note as soon as I've found the original link again.
Step 1
Wear heavy socks to break in the shoes for a few days. Before putting them on, use a hairdryer to heat them, then bend them back and forth. If the shoes are still too tight, dampen socks and stuff them into the shoes. Let them sit until everything is dry. Pull out the socks and try on the pair again. You also can try dabbing rubbing alcohol onto the inside parts of the shoes that are too tight.
Step 2
Widen cloth or soft leather shoes by cutting into the toe area. Cut a triangle that points toward your middle toes. Try on the shoes and keep making the triangle larger until the fit is perfect. Glue along the cut edges to seal the cut areas. Add a clip-on embellishment or bow to hide the triangle.
finding good shoes for wide feet
It's quite untenable! Finding dope shoes for wide feet that is. Even more so for feet that are wide in the forefoot with narrow heels.
Here are my thoughts on a few. Generally most shoes are too long for me and most excruciatingly, too narrow at the widest part of my feet at the forefoot.
Jordan Eclipse:
Pretty good but as always, 14 a bit too narrow, 15 a bit too much movement in the shoe, while still a tad too narrow.
Jordan Express:
14 US were a bit too narrow. 15 I still haven't tried.. but I might end up doing that soon. It's been almost a year!

Midfoot too narrow. Outer edge of outside midsole feels a bit too bulky. Maybe need to adjust these manually..
